Reasol was founded, as a manufacturer and distributor, in 1977 at the behest of Giorgio Lucchini, a well-known water treatment expert and professional in the field. Willing to offer his customers increasingly advanced, safe and high-performance products, Lucchini chose to be joined by Ernesto Kuhn, who also had years of experience in the field of chemistry.
Success came immediately thanks to an order from Bayer Italia, which entrusted the company with the task of producing reagents in convenient ready-to-use solutions for water analysis: even today these products are sold to an ever-widening clientele, satisfying increasingly demanding industrial and commercial requirements.
A great number of people choose us for our professionalism, the practicality of our analysis kits and the quality of the reagents: the production, at first only on behalf of third parties and addressed to industrial customers, is now greatly increased to reach new fields such as water softeners control, aquarium and swimming pool care, chemistry teaching and much more.
Nowadays, the company is run by Giorgio Lucchini’s three sons, who, after having worked side-by-side with the founders for several years, maintain with an innovative spirit the characteristics that have made Reasol an important business reality.

Our growth
Throughout the years, our company has reinforced and expanded its presence on the market, thanks also to the acquisition of the representation in Italy of two German companies, leaders in their respective markets for the quality of their products.
The first one is KSH Kleemeier & Schewe, a huge manufacturer of filter nozzles and strainers at international level: these nozzles can be implemented in water treatment, wastewater purification and demineralization plants. The products are intended for both industrial and private customers who need a high-performance filter for pools and houses.
The second firm is SYLAND SCIENTIFIC, a precision oxygen analyzers manufacturer: their sensitivity and functionality, together with reduced reaction times, allowed the adjustment of aerators without using any digital interface.
This company closed a decade ago and its excellent products are no longer available.
Later on, we have partnered with the English company WPA Ltd in a joint venture, in which they produced a non-expensive, ready-to-use photometer and we manufactured kits for use with their instruments. The collaboration ended when WPA was sold to Biochrome, which was not interested in the markets previously followed by WPA.
The research for a new partner has led us to the Aqualabo Group, with whom we keep collaborating currently.
