Reasol was founded 1977 by Lucchini, and joined 1981 by Kuhn. Both are well known experts of water treatment, specially ion exchange and boiler water conditioning. Reasol began producing test reagents on behalf of Bayer Italia. These reagents are still in use. Furthermore Reasol produces own test kits marketed as HYDROCHECK and DROPS as well as test reagents produced on behalf of the Italian Energy Company ENEL. Nowadays Reasol is one of the main suppliers of test kits and reagents for the water analysis in any field, from aquariums to water works, industries, educational, etc.
The high precision HYDROCHECK kits comprise a handheld titrator and an automatic photometer. They are made for water laboratories, water works and industries, to check raw water, as well as drinking water, industrial water and waste water. They can be sold directly to end users.
The DROPS are small, simple and cheap test kits sold through resellers. Their precision is satisfactory for the routine control of water treatment plants, of boiler water, of drinking water, industrial process water, etc.
Reasol also represents two market leaders who offer the best quality of – oxygen meters (SYLAND SCIENTIFIC), and – strainers, underdrains and distributors for water filters (KSH KLEEMEIER & SCHEWE)
The oxygen meters are used to measure BOD, dissolved oxygen in water and in air or gas, for the continuous control of high pressure boiler feed water, of industrial processes, aquaculture, etc. The SYLAND meters have no drift, high speed, very high sensitivity ad can be used to control directly aeration devices, without computer.
The strainers are used in water filters to hold back the filtering material, and let go through the filtered water. The customers are the suppliers of water treatment equipment and various industries.
